Tumwater Reservoir
Location:
Description:
The City of Tumwater proposes to construct a 3.0-million-gallon water reservoir consisting of a 150-foot-diameter concrete tank supported on a ringwall foundation. Other proposed site improvements include an access road and two waterlines.
Sage completed borings, test pit excavations, pilot infiltration tests, and seismic refraction surveys in support of the project. Findings were used to develop foundation and seismic design recommendations and profile the soil and rock conditions along the project alignment.
